EY and Appian partner for AI-powered process automation services

This collaboration will enable companies to simplify and modernize their processes using advanced technologies in artificial intelligence, low-code, process automation and data fabric.

New platform for process automation

In mid-November 2023, Appian announced that it had made the latest version of its process automation platform available. The new version helps you streamline processes, improve user experience, and achieve better business results through data-driven decision-making. The platform update includes a preview version of Self-Service Analytics (SSA) capabilities, allowing any user to easily obtain insights from Appian Data Fabric.

Appian customers can explore and analyze their data through SSA, leveraging the capabilities of Appian AI Copilot. Users can leverage data in a simple authoring interface with aggregation, filtering, sorting and formatting functions. Once the report is configured, users can leverage AI Copilot to gain deeper AI-generated insights from their data. AI Copilot leverages the power of generative AI to help users gain new insights from their reports, even suggesting next steps to meet business needs based on the report data.
